Automotive Technician 1 is a foundational course that provides students with basic vehicle service skills and a general understanding of automotive system components for entry-level jobs. Emphasis is placed on proper use of common tools, equipment, personal protective equipment and OSHA safety practices in the workplace and general lab.

Automotive Technician 3 builds on Automotive Technician 2 by equipping students with foundational knowledge and experience in automotive technology, specifically focusing on electric vehicles (EVs). In addition, students will learn hybrid technology electric vehicles, the principles of vehicle electrification, systems integration, diagnostics, repair, and safety practices essential for the growing automotive industry.

This advanced course is designed to deepen students' understanding of aviation, with a focus on preparing them for the FAA Private Pilot Knowledge Exam. Students will gain hands-on experience and practical skills necessary for flight training, including time spent in a certified FAA Redbird flight simulator. Instruction will cover key regulations outlined in 14 CFR 61.105(b).

Culinary Arts 2 is the capstone course in the Food Science and Nutrition pathway. It provides students advanced practical culinary skills while continuing to emphasize safety, sanitation, and proper use of equipment in the kitchen throughout the course.

Digital Video Production 2 is a yearlong capstone course that applies the fundamental knowledge and skills in Digital Video Production 1. Students will collaborate to write, storyboard, shoot original video content, and edit projects using industry standard software.

Video Game Design 2 is an all-inclusive video game production experience allowing students to gain deeper knowledge of video game design concepts through the mindset of game publishing and production.
